We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for software applications.
  • Design, implement, and run automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and identify quality risks.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
  • Review and analyse system specifications to identify test requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and report test progress, quality metrics, and results.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies and QA processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Appium, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e. g., Java, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Performance testing experience with tools like JMeter.
  • Experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
