Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Machine operation to meet the production targets.
- Maintenance of the production tools and analysing the breakdowns
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures in production and manufacturing areas.
- Ensure production is in line with planning and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Oversee production technicians, providing technical assistance and maintenance on production machinery.
- Inspect products before dispatch to ensure proper labeling and quality.
- Coordinate with departments such as Quality Control for smooth operations.
- Provide manufacturing information by sorting, initiating, compiling, and analyzing production performance data and records.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Press machine operation
- Technical production on forming presses
- Proficiency in using Domino printers, handling printers bre
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff members.
- Proficient in writing standard operating procedures and validation protocols.
- Good learner with the ability to adapt to industry requirements.
- Confident with good body language and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
