Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance specialist located in Bengaluru. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient production planning, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Daily tasks include supervising production staff, coordinating with various departments, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills, Communication skills, and Production Management skills
  • Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in manufacturing
  • A degree in a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the agarbatti or similar industry is a plus
