Job Title: Relationship Executive Insurance

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Relationship Executive with strong expertise in Life, Health, and Motor Insurance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a proven track record in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions related to Life, Health, and Motor Insurance policies.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet business targets and contribute to overall process performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Motor Insurance (Life and Health insurance experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, claim processes, and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Certification in Insurance (IRDAI License) will be an added advantage.
