Job Title : Accounts Manager – NBFC Sector preferred

Experience : 5- 10 years

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audits of the NBFC. The role requires strong knowledge of NBFC accounting practices, RBI compliances, and financial management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and ledger management.
  • Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Monitor fund flows, working capital management, and loan disbursement/repayment tracking.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines for NBFCs and applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IGAAP).
  • Handle statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other regulatory filings.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning

  • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Monitor variance between budget and actual performance and recommend corrective measures.

4. Audit & Control

  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
  • Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure process efficiency.

5. Treasury & Banking Operations

  • Manage relationships with banks, NBFC partners, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee cash management, fund allocation, and debt servicing.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: M.Com / MBA Finance / CA-Inter
  • Experience: 5– 10years of accounting & finance experience, preferably in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of NBFC accounting standards, RBI compliances, taxation, and auditing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
