  • Job Role:- Prof./Associate Prof. in Microbiology Department
  • Education Qualification: MBBS, MD in Medical Microbiology
  • Eligibility:- As per NMC Norms
  • Duty Timings:- 9Am- 4 Pm
  • Experience:- From 3-5 yrs.

Duties:-

  • In this role, you will contribute to the education of future scientists and researchers in the field of microbiology
  • Your expertise in microbiology, strong communication skills, and passion for teaching and research will inspire and guide students on their educational journey

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching:Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in microbiology and related subjects for undergraduate and graduate students
  • Create course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments that align with program goals and learning objectives
  • Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, critical thinking, and student collaboration
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students through office hours and academic advising
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and revision of microbiology courses, ensuring they remain current with industry trends and advancements
  • Integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance student learning experiences
  • Research and Scholarship: Conduct original research in the field of microbiology, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and academic publications
  • Seek external funding and grants to support research initiatives and laboratory projects.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in microbiology and education by attending conferences, workshops, and seminars
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers to share best practices in teaching and research
  • Service and Collaboration: Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic program development, assessment, and improvement
  • Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
  • Community Out reach: Engage with the local community, educational institutions, and industry partners to promote microbiology education and awareness.
