Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day needs within NetSuite, ensuring smooth operations and functionality. ERP Configuration, Customization, and Development.
  2. Dashboards, developing reports, workflows within NetSuite and Interaction with Technical team for designing new scripts as per the requirements.
  3. Saved Searches and Reports: Design, develop, and maintain custom Saved Searches and Reports to meet organizational needs.
  4. Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient NetSuite solutions.
  5. User Support and Training: Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure optimal utilization of NetSuite.
  6. Inventory Management: Maintain proper setup and ongoing management of inventory, ensuring accurate data and process alignment.

  7. Process Management: Oversee and support the:

  8. Order-to-Cash Process: Sales order, item fulfillment, invoice, and payment.

  9. Procure-to-Pay Process: Purchase order or work order, item receipt, bill, and vendor payment.

  10. SuitePeople Management: Assist the Head of Finance with the implementation and management of SuitePeople for Finance needs.
