We are a well-established UK based end-user selling innovative technology products worldwide, and currently have offices in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and India. We are seeking a **NetSuite Administrator **to join our expanding team preferably based in or near Mumbai, working to support the global business, reporting to the UK management.

The NetSuite Administrator will have solid NetSuite experience from a helpdesk support and administration position and will be assisting with optimisation and system improvement of our constantly evolving NetSuite platform, working with the UK / India development team.

**Duties**:

- Managing all aspects including user account & role maintenance; update of SuiteApps; management of schedule releases and release previews; and manage Sandbox refreshes.
- Report writing - working with key users to write and maintain Saved Searches and Reports in NetSuite
- Expanding NetSuite literacy and competency in the wider organisation through training and documentation
- Working with the Management & NetSuite development team to implement business needs using the best solutions
- Participating on setup functions such as SuiteBuilder (forms), Advanced PDF templates, custom fields and records and workflow configuration
- Participating on data quality, platform usage and testing functional correctness

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in NetSuite Administration based roles preferred, especially with experience of supporting end users
- NetSuite Administration certification preferred
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player with a personable and enthusiastic manner
- Showing initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management, organisational and accurate record-keeping skills
- Excellent level of IT skills in addition to NetSuite and particularly Microsoft Office / Office 365 (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Planner)
