**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Act as Project Manager for all NetSuite related enhancements; manage the SDLC utilizing agile methodology, request and adhere to budgetary and time restraints, present weekly PM status reports to Executive Team.
- Responsible for the creation of technical spec documentation and scoping for all projects.
- Create and keep a document repository of all enhancements.
- Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs,

including reports, saved searches, KPIs and dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records.
- Responsible for the daily administration and performance management of an active production environment and sandbox.
- Manage a queue of requests from the business and handle based on priority and as assigned.
- Support cross-functional teams within the NetSuite environment.
- Advise users on ideal use case for customizations vs native functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years as NetSuite administrator working with end user and utilizing the Manufacturing Premium or Wholesale Distribution editions. 2 years functional Manufacturing experience in a native netsuite or applicable ERP. Experience in medical device industry a plus.
- Experience in the Suitecloud Development Framework.
- Experience with SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud, and ideally, SuiteCommerce

Advanced.
- Techno-functional skillset and applicable experience including Native NetSuite features and the alignment of business processes to those systemic features to optimize their capability.
- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy, ability to transform end-user needs/functional requirement into technical requirements and build out these unique solutions.
- Functional experience should include the demonstrated ability to enhance or align current business requirements with NetSuite native capability.
- Should have experience designing complex NetSuite customizations.
- Thorough understanding of data management and administration of NetSuite.
- Demonstrated experience designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite.
- Financial reporting, COA, Accounting operations experience needed to support the business.
- Can demonstrate experience in financial and accounting concepts, such as function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.
- Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Suite Foundation/Administrator, NetSuite SuiteCloudDeveloper II, NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Development Framework(SDF).

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
