Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an AVP Sales specializing in Hybrid Inverter, ESS (Energy Storage Systems), and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems). The AVP Sales will oversee sales activities, manage client accounts, drive business development, and optimize sales operations. Key responsibilities include strategizing for market penetration, securing partnerships, and delivering growth in the renewable energy sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to oversee client relationships and achieve revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and Business Development to streamline processes and identify growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and market analysis within the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive team and client engagement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of energy storage systems (ESS) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
