Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Engineer located in Gurugram. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing operating systems and software. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, ensuring system functionality, and updating or maintaining system configurations according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Desktop Computers and Operating Systems
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Skilled in Software Installation processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
