Dispatch Executive

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED - GRADUATE WITH 5-10 YRS EXPERIENCE IN DISPATCH AND STORES ACTIVITIES, PREFERRABLY FROM ENGINEERING INDUSTRY BACKGROUND.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Scheduling:
• Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods and services according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain multi-line communication systems to manage calls and requests.
• Communication:
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues.
• Relay information, such as work orders and necessary updates, to drivers and relevant personnel.
• Documentation & Record Keeping:
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, shipments, calls, and driver logs.
• Logistics Management:
• Oversee and track the status of field units and shipments.
• Resolve logistical problems and delays to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• System & Resource Management:
• Utilize and manage computer-aided dispatch systems and other logistics software.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of vehicles and resources for dispatch.
• Customer & Supplier Liaison:
• Liaise with customers to confirm deliveries, address concerns, and handle complaints.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
