About the Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers to join our Solar EPC project execution team. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction, installation, and commissioning of utility-scale solar projects. Minimum Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 0–3 years of experience in construction, installation, or project execution (Solar project experience preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
  • Willingness to relocate and work at remote project sites.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to solar EPC or industrial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC processes, DPR preparation, and project documentation.
  • Understanding of IS/IEC standards, MNRE guidelines, and EPC workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute civil, electrical, and mechanical works related to large-scale solar power plant construction and commissioning.
  • Oversee pile foundations, MCR/ICR works, transformer yard, control room, and other civil infrastructure as per IFC drawings and standards.
  • Manage Module Mounting Structure (MMS) erection, module fixing, torqueing, and support structure installation ensuring alignment and quality.
  • Handle installation, termination, and testing of AC/DC electrical systems including inverters, transformers, switchgear, LT/HT panels, and earthing systems.
  • Execute cable laying, dressing, and termination works for both AC and DC circuits, ensuring adherence to safety norms and technical specifications.
  • Ensure quality and HSE compliance across all disciplines during excavation, concreting, mechanical erection, and electrical works.
  • Participate in pre-commissioning and testing activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure readiness for energization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (civil, electrical, mechanical) to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Conduct QA/QC checks, support inspections, and resolve site-level execution issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), and as-built documentation.
  • Monitor material handling, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization to ensure productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in punch list clearance and support commissioning teams during final handover.
