Job Brief

Are you a fresh engineering graduate ready to begin an exciting journey in the world of sustainable energy?

Join us as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) and gain real-world, hands-on experience working on solar infrastructure projects across India. Youll learn, grow, and contribute to building a cleaner and greener tomorrow.

This is a 3-month site-based training program, designed to give you deep practical exposure to engineering, project management, and renewable energy systems. Accommodation is provided during the training period.

Responsibilities

  • Assist field engineers and project managers in executing on-site activities.
  • Support teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Observe and learn all company standards, systems, and technical processes.
  • Help prepare project reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Record and manage data, documents, and site-related information.
  • Analyze site data and share insights through reports or presentations.
  • Always follow company safety and sustainability rules.
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

  • A graduate degree in any engineering discipline (EEE/ECE preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and passion for clean energy.
  • Professional, punctual, and eager to learn new technologies.
