The ICT 3070 Engineer is responsible for developing, debugging, validating, and maintaining
In-Circuit Test (ICT)
programs and fixtures using the
Keysight 3070 system
. The role involves supporting production testing, troubleshooting PCBA issues, optimizing test coverage, and ensuring overall test quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and debug
    ICT programs
    on the
    Keysight 3070 platform
    based on schematics, BOMs, and netlists.
  • Coordinate with design and NPI teams to
    review testability (DFT)
    and implement necessary design feedback.
  • Create and maintain
    test fixtures
    , ensuring accurate probing and reliable operation.
  • Analyze ICT test failures and coordinate with repair/quality teams to identify
    root causes
    .
  • Implement
    test coverage improvements
    and yield enhancement activities.
  • Support
    NPI (New Product Introduction)
    builds by preparing test programs and performing first-article validation.
  • Perform
    system maintenance and calibration
    of ICT equipment.
  • Generate
    test reports, yield summaries, and process documentation.
  • Work with global teams to
    transfer test programs
    between sites and ensure standardization.
  • Provide
    training and support
    for operators and maintenance technicians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering
    or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years
    of experience in ICT development and support, preferably on
    Keysight 3070
    systems.
  • Strong scripting and technical skills
  • Knowledge of
    debugging tools, schematics, and layout reviews.
