Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head, based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Head will lead sales initiatives and manage a team to achieve revenue goals. Core responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and driving business growth. Additional tasks involve analyzing market trends, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while overseeing daily sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Proven Account Management skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in Team Management to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, design strategies, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and effective decision-making skills
  • Experience in packaging or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
