Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of product-based marketing, be comfortable with basic video editing, and possess a strong sense of audience engagement and branding.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media trends, digital storytelling, and performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid and organic campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
  • Develop engaging content ideas aligned with the brand's goals and audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and engagement.
  • Perform basic video editing for reels, ads, and promotional posts.
  • Coordinate with the creative/design team to develop campaign visuals and copy.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, conversions, CTR, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across all major social media platforms.
  • Assist in email marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations when required.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboard.
  • Familiarity with basic video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • Understanding of product campaigns and digital brand positioning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Additional Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking tools preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-changing digital trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
