Admission Counselor

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Admission Counselor** who will be responsible for driving student admissions, counseling prospective parents, and building strong engagement with feeder schools. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong networking abilities, especially with local play schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing IVR calls and follow-ups. Robust lead tracking and follow-ups
- Updating the CRM daily
- Counselling parents and students for admission.
- Updating Admission records in SMS
- Data Analysis - analyzing admission, student strength, vacancies, TC related data
- School round with prospective parents
- Tracking Admission enquiries and maintaining admissions conversion rate
- Will be responsible for the School Admissions Targets.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with play schools and feeder schools to ensure a steady pipeline of prospective students.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Education, Management, or Marketing).
* Prior experience in counseling or admissions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with play schools and local communities.
* A proactive, confident, and target-driven professional.
Preferred Criteria:
* Candidates with existing connections/experience working with play schools will be highly preferred.
* Strong local market knowledge and ability to generate leads.
