Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Assistant to handle data entry, filing, MIS preparation, and other routine office work. The candidate should be well-versed in computer operations and capable of supporting day-to-day administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and updating records accurately
- Maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Preparing and updating MIS reports
- Handling routine office administrative tasks
- Coordinating with internal staff for office requirements
- Managing emails, internet-based work, and basic documentation
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet operations
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of office documentation and MIS
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Qualification:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
