Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer based in Navi Mumbai. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing presentations, organizing events, maintaining confidentiality, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. The role also involves assisting in strategic projects and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage schedules, events, and meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and represent the CEO.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and manage sensitive information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities to support strategic projects and decision processes.
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively onsite in Navi Mumbai.
