Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Support Executive to support the Operations Head in managing day-to-day finance and operational tasks. In this role, you will be working closely with an international client based in Europe, requiring excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a solid understanding of finance and operational processes. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who can work independently and manage responsibilities across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Support

  • Process invoices, staff reimbursements, vendor payments, and employee expenses.
  • Maintain financial records and update internal systems/databases.
  • Assist with monthly account closures, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
  • Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding payments, including income tax/TDS filings for an international client.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for billing accuracy, approvals, and financial documentation.
  • Prepare basic reports and assist in internal/external audits and compliance activities.

Operations Support

  • Support daily operational tasks including utilization tracking, timesheet management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage logistics and payments related to office administration and vendor engagements.
  • Maintain and organize operational documents, contracts, and trackers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Admin, IT) for tasks such as asset tracking, employee data updates, and onboarding/offboarding support.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and reporting on shared tasks and action items.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 25 years of relevant experience in finance and/or operations support.
  • Prior experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with financial/ERP tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
