  • 56 years of hands-on experience in PTC Windchill PLM support
  • Strong experience providing end-user support for Windchill and Creo MCAD
  • Solid understanding of PLM concepts: configuration management, BOMs, workflows, and change processes
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar)
  • Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues in a production environment

  • Strong communication skills and experience supporting global engineering teamsRole & responsibilities

  • Deliver end-user support for PTC Windchill PLM and Creo MCAD, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests

  • Act as a primary point of contact for PLM-related issues, providing L2/L3 support as required
  • Own and continuously improve the ticket management system, including categorization, prioritization, SLAs, and reporting
  • Analyze recurring issues and drive root cause analysis to reduce incident volumes
  • Participate in major PLM initiatives, including system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues
  • Support Windchill business processes such as document management, BOMs, lifecycle workflows, and change management
  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user support guides
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards
