About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Content Reviewer to evaluate, analyze, and refine AI-generated outputs across multiple formats including text, images, and audio. The ideal candidate will ensure that content produced by AI systems is accurate, safe, compliant, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, quality, clarity, safety, and compliance.
- Identify and flag biases, harmful patterns, factual errors, and policy violations in AI outputs.
- Annotate or label data to improve AI model performance across classification, moderation, and generation tasks.
- Ensure content adheres to brand tone, style guides, and industry-specific compliance rules.
- Provide detailed feedback to AI/ML teams to help refine model behavior and output reliability.
- Perform content moderation for sensitive categories (e.g., violence, hate speech, misinformation).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and quality assurance teams to improve review frameworks and tooling.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow strict data security protocols.
- Contribute to QA checks, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
