**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent **Content Reviewer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and moderating content across various platforms to ensure it meets company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. You will work closely with content creators, editors, and compliance teams to maintain the brand’s integrity and user trust.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and moderate user-generated content, articles, images, videos, and other media for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness.
- Ensure content complies with internal guidelines, copyright laws, and platform policies.
- Identify and escalate potentially harmful or sensitive content as per escalation protocols.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to improve quality and consistency.
- Conduct fact-checking, grammar checks, and plagiarism reviews.
- Maintain detailed records of reviews, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with changing community standards, policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content, legal, compliance, and product teams to enhance the review process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content moderation, reviewing, or editing roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good command of grammar, spelling, and writing conventions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and review tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of SEO guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in content moderation for social media, publishing, or digital media companies.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities across global audiences.
