Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to lead our client acquisition and revenue growth efforts. In this role, you will identify opportunities, build relationships, close deals, and represent Enfix Solutions in client meetings and strategic discussions.
This is a
remote, performance-driven position
with flexible working hours — perfect for someone proactive, strategic, and eager to grow with a fast-moving IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and approach potential clients across multiple sectors (B2B, enterprise, startups, SMEs).
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Attend client meetings to understand requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Track and report business development KPIs to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4+ years of experience in business development or sales (IT/tech background preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
- Confident handling client meetings and representing the company professionally.
