Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Salesperson located in West Delhi. The New Car Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new vehicles, providing detailed information about available models, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, demonstrating vehicle features, executing sales processes, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions, and ensuring customer retention through follow-ups and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong Automotive Sales skills
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
• Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
