Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Electric Vehicle Service Engineer. The responsibilities include troubleshooting and addressing technical issues in EV charging stations, performing regular maintenance and repair tasks, and providing field service to ensure optimal hardware functionality. The role also involves offering technical support to clients and maintaining clear communication with customers to promptly resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of technical equipment
  • Proficiency in providing Field Service and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and teammates
  • Knowledge of EV technology and charging systems is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently on-site and within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
