Qualifications: Graduates (IT or CS background Candidates)

Functional Area/Domain: Insurance, BFS

Desired candidate profile: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL along with SSIS and SSRS.

Willingness to learn new technologies, Strong problem solving, debugging and analytical skills required.

Experience required for the Job: 2 to 4 Years

Required Technical Skillset:

  • Hand on exp. On some of these technologies - SQL, PL/SQL, SSRS and SSIS

    Tools: MS SQL Server.
  • Candidate must possess working knowledge on MS SQL Server including Joins, Constraints, Functions, Stored Procedures etc
  • Good Hands on Skills SSIS and SSRS including package configurations, exception handling, package deployment.
  • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Nice to have hands knowledge of .Net, C#, Power BI , SharePoint

Job description

  • Should be able to independently interact with customer for Requirement Gathering, problem solving
  • Drive business requirements
  • Independently perform estimation process for WBS/Implementation & Execution plan for Projects
  • Propose and come up with application specifications, artifacts, Implementation plans
  • Translate Business requirements into programmed applications/modules/ business processes, flows
  • Conduct Daily Stand up meetings to take stock on the progress of team on all the Deliverables
  • Manage application management deliverables
  • Carry out Code Review, Documentation & review deliverables from junior developers
  • Conduct Technical and functional Sessions periodically
  • Understand Application lifecycle management process
  • Effective communication with proactive status reporting with different stakeholders in account
  • Monitoring applications and able to understand project process.
  • Well-versed in root cause analysis and ability to provide right solution to support requests
  • Preparation of HLDs, LLDs, Design Docs, and technical Design Docs etc.
  • Understand Application lifecycle management process
  • Understanding technical mini specifications and developing code from them by maintaining specified coding standards
  • Preparation of Test plans (unit/module level) and Execution of test plans
