About the Role

We are seeking a 
mid-level Software Developer (Backend)
 with strong expertise in 
Java and Spring Boot
 to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building scalable APIs, optimizing backend systems, and ensuring our applications can handle high traffic efficiently. The role involves working on a 
microservices architecture
 deployed on 
AWS
, with 
PostgreSQL and MySQL
 as the primary databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using 
    Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
    .
  • Develop microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Optimize SQL queries and backend code for performance and efficiency.
  • Implement authentication and authorization using 
    Spring Security
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bottlenecks in high-traffic applications.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA in an 
    Agile environment
    .
  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on 
    AWS
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in 
    Java
     and the 
    Spring Boot ecosystem
     (Spring Web, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA).
  • Hands-on experience with 
    PostgreSQL and MySQL
    .
  • Experience building and maintaining 
    microservices
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    AWS services
     for cloud deployment and scaling.
  • Proven ability to work on 
    high-traffic applications
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in 
    Agile teams
    .
  • Good communication skills and willingness to mentor.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    Linux server setup and administration
    .
  • Exposure to 

     for collaboration on full-stack tasks.
