Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Bengaluru South. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching agile teams in the application of Scrum practices. They will facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master will also ensure the removal of impediments, manage sprint backlogs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Scrum, Agile methodologies, and facilitating agile events (e.g., daily stand-up, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate closely with development teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Capability to identify and address impediments to team progress promptly
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Prior experience in IT project management or similar roles is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
