  • Generate high-quality leads for IT projects through various channels, including online freelance portals like Upwork, as well as other relevant sources.
  • Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and proactively engage with them to build relationships, set up meetings, and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and driving the sales process from lead to closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirement:

Proven track record in IT sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Familiarity and experience with online freelance portals like Upwork, with a strong understanding of the platforms dynamics and best practices for lead generation and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming challenges, and driving business results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
