About the Role

We are looking for a
DevOps/MLOps Engineer (2–5 years of experience)
to join our fast-growing AI startup. You will design and manage cloud-native infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and deploy ML models at scale for enterprise clients. This role bridges AI/ML development and production systems, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models using tools like MLflow/Kubeflow.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized ML workloads.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and security best practices.
  • Support real-time and batch data pipelines.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-optimized infrastructure on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • 2–5 years
    of hands-on experience in
    DevOps/MLOps
    , preferably in IT or AI/ML environments.
  • Prior experience with
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Exposure to
    ML model deployment and monitoring
    is a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible
    .
  • Familiarity with
    MLOps tools
    (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, Weights & Biases).
  • Experience with
    monitoring tools
    (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of
    data pipelines
    (Airflow, Kafka, Spark) and databases (SQL/NoSQL).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Azure DevOps Engineer / GCP Professional DevOps Engineer
    .
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) / Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
    .

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
