Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
DevOps Engineer
with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerization. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices.
  • Set up and maintain container orchestration environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor application performance and system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure system security through automation, monitoring, and proactive measures.
  • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
  • Proficient in using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Strong understanding of system administration (Linux/Unix).
  • Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience working with version control systems like Git.
