Inside CoinDCX's Marketing Team:
Our Marketing team drives brand awareness and user engagement through creative campaigns and strategic initiatives. We're passionate about building a strong brand presence in the competitive blockchain space. You need to be a HODLer of these:

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital-first consumer brands.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma and other design tools.
• A portfolio showcasing campaign design, branding, educational content, print-ready materials, and event collaterals.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to distill complex financial or crypto topics into visually digestible content.
• Excellent project management skills with a commitment to deadlines and high creative standards.

You will be mining through these tasks:
Brand & Visual Identity

• Create visually consistent assets for decks, presentations, campaign materials, event branding, educational formats, and branded merchandise.
• Translate complex crypto concepts into clean, visually engaging designs that align with brand tone and purpose.
• Ensure all design outputs follow established brand guidelines and support overall communication goals.

Campaign & Marketing Collaterals

• Design print and digital collaterals for brand campaigns, events, partnerships, and investor communications.
• Develop creative assets such as one-pagers, brochures, standees, brand kits, merchandise designs, and packaging.
• Work on internal branding requirements including documents, presentations, and product specific visuals.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with Brand, Social, and Growth Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining strong attention to detail and design quality.
• Participate in internal reviews, contribute ideas proactively, and deliver revisions swiftly based on feedback.
