Sarvaha would like to welcome a talented Lead React Developer with at least 6 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead frontend development efforts using React, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery.

Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers and quality engineers in a cross-functional team environment.

Drive the adoption of new React features, tools and best practices to enhance the development process and user experience.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship on all React-related matters, staying current with the latest React updates and trends.

Participate in development processes such as pair programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to improve code quality and delivery times.

Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize frontend performance, scalability, and usability.

Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and UX team to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Promote teamwork, ensuring that the team focuses on shared goals and outcomes.

Skills Required

BE/BTech/MTech (CS/IT or MCA), with emphasis on Software Engineering, is highly preferable

6+ years of software development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to working exclusively with React.

Experience in frontend performance optimization and scaling React applications.

Strong expertise in React with experience building complex, scalable frontend applications.

Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an obsession with creating efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing UI components.

Demonstrated understanding and practice of modern frontend development processes, including pair programming, TDD, and Agile methodologies.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead junior developers on best practices in React and frontend development.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product managers.

Passion for learning, with an interest in staying updated with the latest React developments and a willingness to introduce new technologies to the team.

Excellent communication skills and an interest in understanding the business impact of the product.
