Job Description: React Lead About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled React Lead who can design, and lead front-end development for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React.js, TypeScript, ShadCN UI, TailwindCSS, and modern component-driven UI engineering. Experience in the healthcare domain—HIPAA-compliant systems, patient portals, clinician workflows, or medical device platforms—is a strong plus. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of hands-on front-end development experience. • Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, ShadCN UI, TailwindCSS. • Experience with state management tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc. • Knowledge of UI design systems, accessibility, and responsive development. • Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL. • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing frameworks. • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities. • Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. • Ownership mindset and strong problem-solving attitude. Good to Have (Added Advantage) • Healthcare domain experience such as EHR/EMR, patient portals, imaging viewers. • Understanding of HIPAA, PHI protection, secure UI patterns. • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
