Responsibilities & Duties:

Principle responsibility of candidate for an Engineer. It includes the following tasks:

  • Setting out, site lineout, and surveying the site.
  • Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  • Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
  • Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
  • Resolving technical issues with contractors' representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and client.
  • Quality control in accordance standard method statements, quality plans, and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors.
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
  • Preparing daily site reports.
  • resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

PREFERENCES:

Handled office interior projects of 5000sft sft. independently.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

Knowledge in the field of Interior Design (Corporate offices) 

Good command on English, Hindi, Marathi.
