Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, conducting market research, and executing outreach initiatives to strengthen the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various lead generation channels.

Execute structured lead generation and outreach campaigns aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, target segments, and competitive landscape.

Initiate communication with prospective clients and present Innoira's value proposition effectively.

Maintain accurate lead data and activity records using CRM or tracking tools.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and pipeline progression.

Support continuous improvement of lead generation processes and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development activities.

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet defined targets.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Exposure to technology, automation, AI, or consulting domains is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
