We are hiring a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating sales through direct interaction. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy meeting people, working on the ground, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients/customers in assigned areas
  • Promote and explain company products/services face-to-face
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and sales closures
  • Coordinate with office/tele-sales team for lead follow-ups

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
  • Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing is preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
  • Good communication skills in Hindi / English (local language preferred)
  • Must be comfortable with field work and travel
  • Two-wheeler with valid license is preferred
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
