Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Network Engineer to oversee and manage our global enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining large-scale Data Center, WAN, and LAN environments. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco technologies, along with leadership skills to mentor and guide the network team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support large-scale corporate network infrastructure ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WAN, LAN, DC, VPN, and Client Connectivity solutions.

- Oversee Data Center architecture including Spine-Leaf Topology implementation and maintenance.

- Manage and optimize Global WAN Infrastructure across 100 sites using multiple connectivity technologies (MPLS, ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, IZO, etc.).

- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for critical network incidents.

- Plan, design, and implement network solutions to support business growth and operational needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure network compliance and security posture.

- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.

- Evaluate emerging network technologies and recommend improvements to enhance performance and resilience.

- Mentor and guide junior network engineers and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred).

years of experience in network engineering and operations for large enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco Switches (Mandatory)

2. Wireless Infrastructure (Meraki, Arista, HPE Aruba)

3. WAN & VPN Technologies (MPLS, IP-Sec VPN, IZO, ATT AVPN, etc.)

- Strong understanding of networking and network security concepts.

- Experience implementing and managing enterprise-class Data Centers.

- Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN management, routing and switching, and firewall integration.

- Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and provide technical leadership.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, Meraki CMNA, Arista ACE, Aruba ACMP) are a plus.
