We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in link building, on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and blog/content suggestions. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and enhance search rankings.

Key Responsibilities Link Building & Off-Page SEO

  • Execute high-quality link-building strategies (guest posts, directory submissions, niche edits, broken link building, etc.)
  • Identify new backlink opportunities to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor backlink profile and ensure link quality.

On-Page SEO

  • Optimize website pages including meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.
  • Make recommendations for on-page improvements based on SEO best practices.
  • Work with developers/designers to implement SEO changes.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, mobile optimization, sitemaps, ).
  • Identify and fix technical issues impacting organic performance.
  • Work with the dev team to implement technical enhancements.

Keyword Research & Analysis

  • Perform detailed keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, etc.
  • Identify keyword gaps and new ranking opportunities.
  • Develop keyword strategies for landing pages & blogs.

Content & Blog Suggestions

  • Suggest blog ideas based on trends, keyword opportunities, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content.
  • Review and optimize blog content for better ranking.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights & action items.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, and industry changes.

Required Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience in link building, on-page SEO, & technical SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic level preferred).
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
