Position
: Field Sales Executive –North India Incl Delhi/NCR
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi/ NCR. The Sales Executive will be responsible for sale and service of Uv systems, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification is mandatory, but B2B technical product sales skills are more important.
- Diploma in Engineering or B Sc or B Com is preferable though not mandatory.
- Technical training & support will be provided by Sukrut
- MBA In marketing is preferable with 2-3 year of B2B Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the UV industry
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of UV lamp systems and their applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Accountabilities
Meet sales and collection targets for own territory
Identify and win new customers including
a. Key accounts (large customers)
b. Distributors/dealers/stockiest
c. End users of industrial water across wide range of industries
Get consultant approvals
Follow sales process and maintain customer/prospect database
