Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef, based in Bengaluru. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and supporting the kitchen team. Daily tasks include cooking, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and executing culinary tasks with precision and creativity. Collaboration with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional food quality is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills, with the ability to execute recipes accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of Hygiene and food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team and management.
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required.
