Job Description:

What You will do:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project baseline plans.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization.
  • Track project costs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
  • Identify and assess project risks, proposing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (P6).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
