Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Electronics (Mouse & Keyboard Category)

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 5+ years in Sales (Electronics / IT Peripherals domain)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development for key electronic peripherals (mouse, keyboard, and related products) in corporate, institutional, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and large retail partners.
  • Manage and expand existing business accounts while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market demand.
  • Analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to optimize business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance excellence.
  • Handle pricing negotiations, key account management, and long-term business development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred with 5–12 years of proven sales experience in IT peripherals, consumer electronics, or related industries.
  • Strong track record in corporate, institutional, and channel sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and large-scale sales operations.
  • Leadership experience with team management exposure.
  • Result-oriented with a strategic mindset and strong market acumen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹160,000.00 per month
