Purchase Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Intern to assist the Purchase & Procurement team in day-to-day operations. This role offers hands-on learning in vendor coordination, documentation, purchase order handling, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support vendor sourcing, follow-ups, and quotation collection
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records
  • Coordinate with suppliers for delivery updates and documentation
  • Help maintain inventory and material tracking
  • Organize procurement files, GRNs, invoices, and related documents
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement workflow

Skills Required:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year experience in purchase/supply chain (preferred)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes (added advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
