Job Opening: Calendar & Event Coordination SpecialistLocation: NoidaBudget: Up to ₹2.5 LPA (CTC)Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners PreferredWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Calendar & Event Coordination Specialist to manage scheduling, event logistics, and communication across platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong coordination skills and expertise in Google Workspace and Excel, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Slot Booking & Calendar ManagementSchedule and manage event slots accurately using internal calendars. Maintain and regularly update calendar availability to avoid conflicts.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling.2. Event Details Management (Web App Script)Enter and maintain accurate event information on the internal web application. Ensure details such as time, venue, and faculty/host information are up-to-date.3.

Email Management & CommunicationHandle booking-related emails with promptness and professionalism. Manage communication around bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.4. Google Workspace ProficiencyUse Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, and Slides for scheduling, data management, and documentation.

Track booking information and maintain organized records.5. Coordination via Email & WhatsAppEnsure timely follow-ups and communication with stakeholders across platforms. Confirm bookings and share updates promptly to ensure clarity.6.

Excel ProficiencyManage data sheets, track event logistics, and generate reports using Microsoft Excel. Utilize formulas and data tools for efficient data management.7. Typing Speed & AccuracyMaintain a minimum typing speed of 20 WPM to ensure efficient data entry and communication handling.

Candidate ProfileExperience in calendar management, operations, or administrative roles.12th pass or graduate from any stream. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written communication and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Based in or willing to relocate to Noida.
