We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Software Engineer specializing in .NET
to join our team, driving ambitious software projects and delivering robust solutions by utilizing an advanced understanding of cloud technologies and integration practices.

As an integral leader in the development lifecycle, you will guide technical teams, collaborate with business units, and ensure high-quality standards that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions using .NET Core and Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage services
  • Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to refine business needs and technical specifications
  • Review technical documentation and participate in clarification between business and technical teams
  • Document, develop, and support integration components across development and testing environments
  • Deliver optimized performance by addressing essential non-functional requirements like availability, security, and scalability
  • Facilitate deployment and oversee code integration across environments to ensure smooth functionality
  • Lead unit testing processes, troubleshoot errors, and debug applications to resolve production issues efficiently
  • Support system-level problem-solving by mentoring team members and providing actionable feedback during technical discussions

Requirements

  • 9 to 15 years of experience in developing and managing scalable applications
  • Expertise in .NET technologies (C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core), Azure Logic Apps, and server-less data integration practices
  • Strong background in Azure services such as Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Server
  • Knowledge of database manipulation and ETL processes like Azure Data Factory
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and production support activities
  • Skills in debugging, identifying code issues, and resolving technical challenges
  • Problem-solving ability combined with excellent collaboration and team-building skills
