Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Tele caller will engage with potential and existing clients to promote the company's real estate services and provide information about property options. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, nurturing client relationships, providing information about property features and benefits, and scheduling site visits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client interactions and supporting the sales team with lead management and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette skills
  • Basic understanding of real estate concepts and the ability to explain property details effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, maintaining call records, and managing lead databases
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on customer service and relationship building
  • Fluency in local languages and English is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are a plus
