Tele Callers
who enjoy sales conversations and closing opportunities.
Role Overview
As a Tele Caller – Customer Acquisition, you will engage with
pre-generated leads
received from:
- Digital marketing platforms
- Channel partners (MFDs / Brokers)
- Offline marketing initiatives
Your goal is to educate prospects about
Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF)
and convert qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads and explain Liquify's loan offerings clearly
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Eligibility & Skills
- Education:
Any graduate - Languages:
Proficiency in
English & Hindi
(mandatory) - Good communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
- Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
